If you were 20% bolder – what would you change first?

Courage does not begin in the mind. It begins with the first step.

What drives me

People save projects. Not spreadsheets.

I have built companies, carried responsibility for hundreds of employees and later worked in major projects where mistakes were expensive and time was a relentless opponent. In both worlds, the same thing became clear: processes, plans and tools matter. People decide whether they work.

Planning & awareness

Structure provides security. Awareness provides direction.

I value strategy, planning and clear structures. I have led teams through chaos, defused crises and helped organisations regain direction under intense pressure. At the same time, I live by a principle that may seem contradictory:

“First wake up – tomorrow is promised to no one.”

Every day that passes is not only completed. It is consumed – in life as in a project. Good planning helps us reach goals. Awareness helps us choose the right ones.

That is why my work is not designed as endless support. My principle is simple: I come in order to leave. The aim is to strengthen people so that they can carry change independently and sustainably into their lives or organisations.

Space for reflection

Sometimes the solution is not missing. The space to recognise it is.

What drives me is creating the mental, emotional and temporal space that many people no longer find in everyday life. A place where they can hear their own thoughts, recognise blind spots and reconnect with their own position.

People remain the experts on their own solutions. I hold the frame, structure the process and ask the questions that are otherwise easy to avoid. That creates clarity – and clarity restores the ability to act.
